  • Develop and execute joint business plans, go‑to‑market strategies, and co‑sell initiatives that drive pipeline growth, client acquisition, and mutual revenue objectives.
  • Build strong executive relationships across AWS and Slalom, aligning alliance priorities with business goals and AWS partner programme frameworks.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, consulting, and client teams to deliver strategic pursuits, account plans, customer events, thought leadership, and differentiated AWS‑based solutions.
  • Leverage AWS funding programmes, incentives, and partner investments to accelerate client transformation initiatives and maximise joint business opportunities.
  • Manage opportunity registration, alliance governance, programme compliance, and business performance through AWS Partner Central and related systems.
  • Monitor alliance performance against agreed KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous growth and optimisation.
  • Represent Slalom at AWS events, partner summits, executive forums, and industry conferences, strengthening market presence and partnership engagement.
  • Act as a champion for AWS across the business by sharing market insights, ecosystem developments, strategic priorities, and roadmap updates to drive awareness and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working for an AWS Partner, System Integrator, Consultancy, or Cloud Services Provider.
  • Demonstrable success working with AWS or within the AWS partner ecosystem.
  • Understanding of AWS cloud services, migration, modernisation, data, analytics, AI and application development solutions.
  • Experience driving co‑sell motions and building pipeline through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across sales, consulting, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Experience managing partner programmes, funding mechanisms, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working within a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
