About the role: Talent Acquisition Lead – focused on leading recruiting for our Data & AI capability across the UK & Ireland. Join a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team and contribute to projects that strengthen Talent Acquisition’s impact as a strategic partner to the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent for the Data & AI capability.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand staffing requirements, upcoming pipeline and provide strategic support.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency and efficient process management.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to provide regular updates to capability leaders, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience recruiting Data & AI professionals, including roles such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers & Architects and AI Specialists.
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive talent through talent mapping, networking, referrals and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Able to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to identify trends, influence stakeholders and drive improvements.
  • Desirable: experience using Avature.
  • Desirable: experience working in professional services / consulting.
