As our Employment and Compliance Counsel, you will be a trusted advisor shaping support for our >500 EMEA team members across four countries (UK, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands). You will work closely with the EMEA People team, advising on employment law and navigating complex multi‑jurisdictional challenges.

What You’ll Bring
- Qualified lawyer in UK/Europe with 5‑9 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Training from a reputable law firm and, ideally, previous in‑house experience as an employee/secondee.
- Strong communication and excellent judgment skills.
