About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be focused on leading recruiting for our Data & AI capability across the UK & Ireland. We’re looking for someone with solid experience recruiting Data & AI talent as we look to continue to scale our Data & AI capability. You’ll be joining a high-performing Talent Acquisition team with opportunities to contribute to projects and initiatives that continue to strengthen Talent Acquisition’s impact as a strategic partner to the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent for the Data & AI capability
  • Partner with business leaders to understand staffing requirements, upcoming pipeline and provide strategic support
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency and efficient process management
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to provide regular updates to capability leaders, identifying bottlenecks in the process and areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Demonstratable experience recruiting Data & AI professionals, including roles such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers & Architects and AI Specialists
  • Experience managing end to end hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive talent through talent mapping, networking, referrals and direct sourcing techniques
  • Able to analyse recruitment metrics and market data to identify trends, influence stakeholders and drive improvements
  • Desirable to have used Avature
  • Desirable to have experience working in professional services / consulting
