We are seeking an experienced and motivated People Services Specialist to join our EMEA regional central HR support team. This is a hands-on role where you are part of a team responsible for providing HR related administrative and analytical support to team members in EMEA (Germany, Ireland, Netherlands and UK).
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in EMEA, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Process daily HR transactions and queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation in accordance with country-specific labor laws.
- Administer leave of absence programs and time-off policies in line with local legislation, and collaborate with Payroll for accurate employee data processing.
- Manage reports, compliance documentation, and conduct audits and reconciliations of employee data as required by local regulations.
- Support special HR projects, including planning, communication, training, and other activities that enhance team effectiveness across the EMEA region.
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally within a global matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work discretely on a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
- Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a passion for excellent customer service; resourceful with a natural curiosity.
- Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or accuracy; ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
