What will I do? You will be stationed in various Food & Beverage areas across the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions to advise guests and maximize sales.

Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. Dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant, and a Whisky snug. We offer afternoon tea, private dining, and event spaces.
