What will I do?
Support the running of the kitchen, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness as well as ensuring all equipment is cleaned and ready for every service.
You will support with deliveries and work together with the chefs in prepping food as and when required .

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa Golf Resort is located in Hexham.
Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in **** acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments.
The dining options include Hadrian\’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig\’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
