Responsibilities- Ensure you provide a high level of customer service, at all times
- Taking customer food and beverage orders and processing them efficiently
- Answer the phone, taking bookings for parties
- Assisting in presenting and hosting children’s birthday parties
- Maintaining the standards of safety for children in the play area
- Help maintain, and identify improvements in the hygiene and safety of the catering operation
- Following set procedures for specific duties relating to the cleaning, food handling and operations
- Maintaining and improving our housekeeping duties
- Ensuring stock rotation
