As a

Supervisor , you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations.

You’ll support and lead a team of frontline staff, ensuring our attractions, kiosks, and guest areas deliver an exceptional experience from the moment visitors step onto the pier.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest service across the pier.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all areas are fully staffed, well‑presented, and guest‑ready.
  • Engage with visitors, maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the pier.
  • Monitor performance and drive revenue, supporting your team to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cash handling processes, and operational standards.
