Slade Fitness is a performance-focused training facility based in Kent. We specialise in helping clients improve performance, health and physical capability through evidence-based coaching and assessment. As our performance offering continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious graduate Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. This is not a traditional commercial gym personal training role. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for athletic performance, coaching and long-term development.
The Role
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced coaches delivering training sessions, assisting with performance testing, and supporting the continued growth of our performance services. You will have the opportunity to gain experience using industry-leading assessment technology including ForceDecks and Output Sports, while developing your coaching skills within a performance-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Have completed, or are currently completing, a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning, Sport Performance, or a related discipline.
- Have a sporting background in golf and/or tennis.
- Have a strong interest in athletic performance and coaching.
- Are enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have experience participating in competitive sport.
