Our client based in Keighley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) for a temporary position to work on the late shift.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Friday 11:30am - 5:30pm = 38 hours per week
The role is for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their busy Maintenance & Engineering department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with maintenance engineers, production operatives, production engineers and management to maximise productivity and minimise downtime across plant and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support planned maintenance and maximise equipment uptime
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), shutdown work, and scheduled installations
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on industrial machinery and equipment
- Support installation and improvement work on equipment such as presses, robots, conveyors and bespoke machinery
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality and productivity
- Work safely and compliantly, following regulations, manuals, schematics, blueprints and specifications
The role is for an immediate start and salary is dependent on experience.
