Our client based in Keighley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator for a temporary ongoing position. This position could potentially be permanent for the right candidate.

Duties for Receptionist / Administrator will include:

  • Operate and manage the telephone switch board
  • Monitor company voicemail and manage general company emails
  • Arrange accommodation, lunches, taxis if applicable
  • Book and arrange meetings on request
  • Arrange refreshments/lunch when required. Monitor stock levels of tea, coffee and order using online shopping.
  • Open and distribute post, franking outgoing mail.
  • Scanning and filing

Experience:

  • Previous office administration / reception experience would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Experience with MS Word & Excel
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written essential

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Thursday 8.15-17.00 and Friday 8.15-15.30 (38.50 hrs per week) £12.50 per hour
