Our well-established client based in Keighley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join their team. This is a PERMANENT, PART TIME role working 29 hours per week over 4 days between Monday to Friday. The Role You will be based on reception and will be the first point of contact for clients & visitors. You will also be part of a wider team of office administrators assisting the smooth running of the office. Your main duties will include: * Answering and dealing with all incoming calls from clients in a professional manner. * Acting as first point of contact for clients visiting the office. * Preparation/typing of letters and other written documents as required * Processing card payments Other duties as part of the wider team will include: * Scanning documents on to our internal file management system. * Dealing with filing in an organised and efficient manner. * Dealing with post, banking, and other similar duties * General administration. Experience/skills required We expect you will: * Have previously worked in a Receptionist/Administrative role * Have a high level of proficiency in core IT applications including the Microsoft Office * Have a friendly and helpful manner with a smart appearance and positive attitude * Have strong written & verbal communication skills * Be organised and be able to manage own time * Have good attention to detail * Be flexible, adaptable & reliable The Benefits As a team member you will receive the following benefits package: * 3% employer contribution into a staff pension scheme * Annual leave of 25 days plus bank holidays Full Time (26 days including bank holidays pro rata for 4 day week) * Client referral scheme (financial reward if you refer a client) * Employee referral scheme * On the job training Hours: Working 4 Days per week between Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm (1 hour lunch deducted) = 29 hours per week Salary: £12.60 per hour / £19,000 per annum (4 days per week – 29 hours) Interested?
