Our client based in Bradford BD10 is currently recruiting for Production Operatives / Machine Assistants. These temporary positions are ongoing, with the potential to transition to permanent roles for candidates looking to grow and progress within their role.
As a Production Operative / Machine Assistant you will be required to assist in various areas of carton finishing.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting the Operator with high value carton production to the highest of standard.
- Feeding high speed gluing machines.
- Quality control at every stage of the process.
- Packing finished cartons into boxes.
- General ad hoc tasks as required.
- A fast learner, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work shift patterns (Days & Nights).
- An eye for detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work to targets.
- Ideally possess experience of either feeding, packing or operating production machinery.
Hours: Day Shift whilst training (Approx. 2 Weeks) = 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Once training is complete you will be required to work continental shifts which are 6-6 = 3 x 12 hour shifts per week rotating between Day Shift & Night Shift Weekly (36 hours per week).
Pay: Continental Shifts - Β£16.28 per hour, Day Shift whilst Training - Β£12.21 per hour.
