Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and reliable Pre-Make Ready (PMR) Operator within our Pre-Press department for a PERMANENT position based at their site in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Experience Required: Successful candidates should be educated to a good standard with previous experience of working within manufacturing, preferably within the Print Industry. Knowledge of operating machinery as well as previous skills and knowledge of working within a fast paced and ever-changing production and manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital and physical management of cutting tools, collating and supplying tooling for the Bobst cutting creasing machines, and ensuring that Bobst uptime is maximised. You will be responsible for ensuring operators have the appropriate tooling on a timely basis and supporting production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient service to press support for the cutting & creasing department.
- Support quality control process, participate in company quality programmes, and maintain required standards.
- Achieve daily/weekly production targets.
- Ensure all jobs are completed accurately and within short timescale.
- To achieve established quality standards working within guidelines.
- Digital and physical tooling management.
Hours of work: Standard Day Shift Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive Dependant on Experience
