Our client based in Keighley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) for a temporary position to work the late shift.
Shift Pattern: Monday‑Thursday 2:00pm‑10:30pm | Friday 11:30am‑5:30pm (38 hours per week).
The role is to join their busy Maintenance & Engineering department within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with maintenance engineers, production operatives, production engineers and management to maximise productivity and minimise downtime across plant and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Use the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support planned maintenance and maximise equipment uptime.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), shutdown work, and scheduled installations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Support installation and improvement work on equipment such as presses, robots, conveyors and bespoke machinery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality and productivity.
- Work safely and compliantly, following regulations, manuals, schematics, blueprints and specifications.
The role is for an immediate start and salary depends on experience.
