We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join their busy Bradford site on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role with regular daytime hours. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
The Role
- Cleaning and maintaining areas throughout the factory
- Emptying general waste and recycling bins
- Clearing scrap wood and other waste from the factory
- Weighing scrap materials and sweeping factory areas
- Clearing cardboard boxes from office areas
- Baling waste cardboard
- Emptying the shredding machine outside the offices
- Helping with ad hoc duties, such as setting up furniture for presentations
- Supporting other labourers and the wider team when required
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
About You
- Be reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in
- Be capable of working unsupervised and use their own initiative
- Be a team player and willing to support colleagues when required
- Have good communication skills
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime when required
- Have a positive attitude and good work ethic
Full training will be provided for the right applicant, so previous experience is not essential.
