At Seven Lakes, we are launching an exciting new lakeside sauna and wild swimming experience and are looking for passionate, energetic and safety-focused individuals to help bring this unique experience to life. This is not your typical role. One moment you could be welcoming guests to their sauna session, the next you could be supporting water safety operations, maintaining the lakeside environment or creating unforgettable experiences in one of the most unique settings across our parks.

You’ll be someone who thrives working outdoors, enjoys varied and hands-on work and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll be confident communicating with a wide range of people and comfortable balancing guest interaction with operational responsibilities. You’ll have a proactive approach to safety and will feel comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, undertaking physical work and taking pride in maintaining high standards across the lakeside experience.

Essential Requirements
  • Open water lifeguard qualification or equivalent experience
  • First Aid qualification
  • Previous water safety experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable undertaking manual handling and physical work
  • Strong awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A team player who demonstrates kindness and collaboration
Desirable Requirements
  • Fire safety awareness
  • Previous experience within hospitality, leisure, activities or outdoor operations
  • Experience working within guest-facing environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operation of the sauna and swim experience
  • Welcome guests, complete inductions and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Supervise sauna and swim operational areas with a strong focus on safety
  • Support water safety procedures and respond appropriately to incidents
  • Light, maintain and operate wood fired sauna facilities
  • Manage bookings and process payments
  • Carry out cleaning and maintenance across sauna, swim and lakeside areas
  • Complete equipment checks, temperature monitoring and general upkeep activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all operational areas
  • Support stock control and monitor operational supplies
  • Work alongside wider Lakes and Activities teams where required
  • Challenge unsafe behaviour and promote safe operation at all times
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, company policies and operational controls

This is a seasonal position running until 30th November. This role involves:

  • Weekend working
