This APM will join a high-performing team and gain hands-on experience working on large-scale residential developments. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s already tackled projects in the $1M–$10M range and is ready to grow into a leadership role with long-term development opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the management of drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and QA/QC processes
  • Coordinate with subs, vendors, and field staff to keep things on time and on budget
  • Track materials, safety compliance, and cost control items
  • Help build a culture of teamwork, quality, and proactive communication

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3+ years in construction management (multifamily or commercial interiors preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting site teams and PMs across multiple phases
  • Familiarity with budgeting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
