Our parks are at the heart of what we do, and we are now looking for a Head of Facilities to lead the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of Unity Seven Lakes Country Park. This is a pivotal role responsible for infrastructure, compliance, environmental standards and overall park presentation — ensuring we deliver a premium experience for our Owners and guests. You’re a visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and takes real pride in standards. You bring strong experience across facilities, maintenance or park operations, with the ability to lead multiple teams and deliver results through others. You’re commercially aware, highly organised and proactive, with a natural ability to plan, prioritise and solve problems — particularly in a dynamic and evolving business. You’re resilient, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift as we continue to build and improve.
