Our Holiday Home Aftersales Team plays a vital role in ensuring our Owners receive an exceptional experience long after the sale has been completed. We are looking for a practical, skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Team Member to support the repair, maintenance and presentation of holiday homes and lodges across Seven Lakes. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be completing snagging works and owner repairs, the next you could be preparing a holiday home for handover, carrying out maintenance tasks or supporting warranty inspections.

About You

  • You'll be a practical and hands-on individual with strong maintenance and repair skills.
  • You'll take pride in completing work to a high standard and delivering excellent service to our Holiday Home Owners.
  • You'll enjoy problem-solving and finding effective solutions to maintenance issues.

Essential Requirements

  • Good practical maintenance and repair skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong problem-solving ability

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within caravan aftersales, maintenance or property repairs
  • Trade skills such as plumbing, joinery, painting or basic electrical work
  • Understanding of holiday home construction and systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Experience working within holiday parks, leisure or hospitality environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out aftersales repairs, maintenance tasks and snagging works on holiday homes and lodges
  • Respond to owner-reported issues and aftersales requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete allocated jobs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Undertake general maintenance duties including basic plumbing, joinery, painting, repairs and adjustments
  • Assist with warranty works, inspections and holiday home handovers
  • Support the preparation and presentation of holiday homes prior to owner arrivals
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of completed works and report outstanding issues where required
  • Escalate specialist or complex repairs when appropriate
  • Use company vehicles, tools and equipment safely and responsibly
  • Carry out routine checks on tools, equipment and vehicles and report defects promptly
  • Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas
  • Deliver a professional and helpful service when interacting with Owners, Guests and Team Members
  • Support wider resort operations and assist colleagues during busy periods
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, health & safety requirements and COSHH guidance at all times
