We're recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong engineering background who can manage projects, lead teams and ensure high standards of technical delivery, quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the engineering team
- Plan and manage engineer workloads, deployment and resource allocation
- Oversee engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Review technical drawings, designs and project specifications
- Manage engineering stock, specialist equipment and workshop standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem‑solving ability
- Experience managing projects and engineering teams
- Full UK Driving Licence
