Salary: £35,000 + Healthy Commission (OTE)

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the fuels industry to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth.

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fuel Sales Manager to maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the fuels industry, demonstrating strong sales acumen and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through outbound calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and occasional site visits.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities within the fuels sector.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure all leads are followed up regularly.
  • Prepare and present tailored written quotes to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies to strengthen overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience within the fuels industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.
