Hours: Full-Time | 42 hours/week (4 on 4 off β 12-hour rotating day & night shifts)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Electrician to join our Client\βs Doncaster site. This is a hands-on role supporting ongoing electrical maintenance and installations to ensure minimal disruption to production and maximum operational efficiency. Ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, a proactive attitude, and experience in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation work across a wide range of industrial applications.

Perform day-to-day maintenance and fault diagnosis on all plant and machinery.

Conduct risk assessments prior to undertaking any electrical task.

Install and maintain new and existing equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
Candidate Requirements

Recognised Electrician Apprenticeship or relevant Electrical Engineering qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).

Significant industrial electrical experience, ideally in a continuous process or manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with general factory maintenance practices and safe working procedures.

Basic knowledge of PLC logic and inverter drives.
