Job Opportunity: Painter/Prepper
Location: Warwick
Hours: 37 per week | 06:00–15:30, Monday to Thursday
Hourly Rate: Up to £18 per hour DOE
The Role of the Paint Sprayer:
- Carry out vehicle masking and preparation to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain compliance with takt times on the production line.
- Promote strong housekeeping practices and uphold health & safety requirements.
- Support team activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide flexibility by working across different units and assisting with general paint shop duties.
The Ideal Paint Sprayer:
- Knowledge of health & safety processes when working with solvents.
- Understanding of production takt times.
- Previous experience in a similar Painter/Prepper or Paint Sprayer role.
- Ability to work in awkward or confined spaces, climb over vehicles, and enter/exit bodies and hoppers.
- Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting.
