Salary: Starting from 27,217.17 (1,500 shift premium)

Progression: Up to 34,867.35 within 18 months

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to assist in running extrusion and print lines producing plastic building products. This role is key to ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operator

  • Assisting in the setup and operation of extrusion and print lines
  • Carrying out line changeovers, including materials and print settings
  • Performing quality inspections and testing
  • Packing, labelling, and preparing finished goods
  • Working to production targets and performance standards

  • Experience in manufacturing or machine operation (plastics experience desirable)
