Hours: 40 hours (Tuesday–Friday, days)
Shifts: Day shifts with staggered early finishes. Occasional cover required for holiday/absence.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Carry out and supervise fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- Deliver planned maintenance and project work to schedule
- Supervise and mentor day-to-day activities of maintenance engineers
- Create and review risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS/reporting systems
- Read and interpret multi-discipline engineering drawings
Essential Skills & Experience of the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
- Strong electrical fault-finding and repair experience
- Previous experience supervising or leading maintenance teams
- Experience in heavy industry and/or automated plant
- Confident creating and working to risk assessments and SOPs
