Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to deliver landmark commercial developments across Central London? Due to continued project wins, an established and highly respected Building Services contractor is looking to appoint two Mechanical Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of major commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Pre-construction for these schemes runs well into 2027, so the successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from cradle to grave. You'll join a business with over 30 years of experience delivering high-profile MEP schemes, renowned for its technical expertise, collaborative culture and long-standing client relationships.

The Role:

You'll take full responsibility for managing the mechanical package on large-scale commercial developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Projects include:

  • Commercial new-build developments
  • Shell & Core
  • Commercial Shell & Core & CAT A Fit-Out
  • Central London (Zones 1 & 2)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical delivery from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
  • Manage subcontractors, labour and supply chain partners.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
  • Monitor programme, commercial performance and project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
  • Attend client and progress meetings.
  • Drive successful project delivery whilst maintaining excellent client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services.
  • Experience delivering commercial new-build projects.
  • Strong background in Shell & Core and CAT A/CAT B Fit-Out.
  • Experience managing mechanical packages valued around £10m +.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
