I’m currently working with a highly regarded and genuinely dynamic MEP contractor to appoint a Divisional MEP Commercial Lead to support their growing European Data Centre portfolio. This is a senior, leadership-level position overseeing €10m–€25m MEP packages across major hyperscale and mission-critical projects.
The Opportunity

- Flexible travel model – typically 1 week per month in Europe (more or less depending on your preference).

The Role
- Lead the commercial function across multiple European Data Centre projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of Assistant to Intermediate Quantity Surveyors.
- Oversee full commercial lifecycle including procurement, variations, reporting and final accounts.
- Work closely with senior operational and project teams across Europe.
- Contribute strategically to the continued growth of the division.
