If you're the type of Mechanical Project Engineer who wants genuine responsibility, exposure to major projects and the opportunity to accelerate your career, you'll feel right at home here. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Construction Managers but won't be micromanaged. The business empowers its Engineers to take ownership, make decisions and become a key part of project delivery from an early stage.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
- Coordinating design information and ensuring technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions
- Managing RFIs and liaising with consultants, subcontractors and design teams
- Supporting procurement activities and monitoring material deliveries
- Assisting with programme management and tracking project progress
- Providing technical support to site teams and helping resolve coordination issues
- Attending project meetings and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Assisting with commissioning activities and project handover processes
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with quality standards and Health
