Senior Mechanical Estimator Remote / Hybrid (London Office) MEP Contracting | Commercial Fit-Out & Commercial Retrofit Projects My client is one of the fastest-growing MEP Contractors in the UK, delivering high-profile commercial fit-out and Shell & Core projects across London and the South East. Their pre-construction team plays a critical role in the business, influencing project strategy, identifying opportunities and helping secure the schemes that drive continued growth. As a result of an expanding workload, they are looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Estimator to take ownership of mechanical tenders from enquiry through to submission, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams. You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive mechanical estimates across a range of commercial fit-out and Shell & Core projects, while supporting bid strategy and ensuring tenders are commercially robust. You'll work directly with decision-makers, have visibility across the wider business and play a key role in shaping future project wins.
