Our client is a well-established MEP contractor specialising in high-end commercial fit-out projects across Central London. Turning over circa £40m, they have built a strong reputation for delivering fast-paced, technically demanding schemes within some of the capital’s most prestigious commercial spaces.
With a consistent pipeline of secured work in Zone 1, they are now looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of electrical packages across flagship fit-out schemes. This is a business that combines the agility of a mid-sized contractor with the financial stability and project exposure typically associated with larger organisations. You will operate in a visible role, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key part in project success.
To be considered, you must have delivered electrical packages within commercial fit-out environments or similar, and have experience managing site teams and subcontractors through to completion.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking full responsibility for electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover
- Managing programme delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget
- Working closely with the commercial team to maintain cost control and protect project margin
- Coordinating with mechanical counterparts to ensure seamless MEP integration
- Managing subcontractors, specialist suppliers and site teams
- Chairing progress meetings with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring installation aligns with design intent and buildability
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards across all site activities
