CSA Project Manager Data Centre Principal Contractor Essex Up to £450 Per Day – CIS
An established engineering services-led Principal Contractor is looking to appoint a freelance CSA Project Manager for an ongoing data centre project in Essex.
Working alongside the CSA Project Director, you will support the delivery of the civil, structural and architectural packages across a live data centre campus.
The contract is expected to run until July 2027 and is available on a CIS basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CSA works in line with the construction programme.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
Monitor progress, quality and health and safety across the site.
Manage technical queries, design information and package interfaces.
Support short-term programming, progress reporting and site coordination.
Attend project, subcontractor and client meetings.
Identify delivery risks and resolve issues affecting programme or quality.
Support testing, snagging, completion and handover activities.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager within construction.
Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience.
Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural packages.
Experience working for a Principal Contractor.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and technical interfaces.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work on site in Harlow.
