My client is a rapidly expanding MEP Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and Shell & Core projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their delivery team.

Role Overview:
The Mechanical Construction Manager will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of mechanical packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing mechanical installation works from early construction through to commissioning and handover
- Driving site programme and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials on site
- Leading Mechanical Supervisors, Foremen and operatives
- Working closely with Project Managers, commercial teams and planners
- Attending site meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors
- Overseeing quality assurance, inspections and commissioning activities
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Identifying and resolving on-site coordination and buildability issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Senior Mechanical Supervisor within MEP contracting
- Strong mechanical bias with experience on commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage site teams and subcontractors
- Good understanding of programme delivery and site coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
