The Role
You will be responsible for the commercial management of building services packages across a range of projects and will work closely with project teams, consultants and the supply chain. - Mechanical services (including Public Health & BMS)
- Electrical services
- Life safety systems (sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke ventilation)
- Audioâvisual installations
- Telecommunications and IT systems

- Lifts and escalators
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting twoâstage tender and negotiated projects
- Cost planning and budgeting during feasibility stages
- Procurement of MEP subcontractor packages
- Commercial management of building services packages during construction
- Managing variations and change control
- Preparing and agreeing valuations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Supporting final account negotiations
You will work closely with the commercial team, Building Services Managers and project teams to maintain strong commercial control across projects.
