We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a specialist MEP contractor delivering a major multi-phase programme within a live mission-critical facility in Central London.
You’ll initially join on a minimum six-month contract, but with up to five years of secured work planned across multiple phases of the programme, there’s genuine long-term stability for the right person.
The Role
Working within a live operational environment, you’ll manage the delivery of heavy electrical infrastructure works including:
- High Voltage substations
- Package substations
- Busbar installations
- General power distribution
- Final connections
- Technical suite fit-out works
The programme will be delivered in carefully planned phases, providing a consistent pipeline of work for years to come.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with experienced Electrical Project Managers who have:
- Experience delivering major electrical infrastructure projects
- A strong understanding of working within live operational environments
- Excellent planning, stakeholder management and coordination skills
Previous data centre experience is desirable, but by no means essential. Experience delivering projects within live hospitals, airports, rail infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, critical infrastructure or similar operational environments would also be highly relevant.
What’s on Offer?
- £450 per day
- Deemed Outside IR35 (pending assessment)
- Initial 6-month contract
- Realistic opportunity for up to five years of continuous work
- Potential route into a permanent position if desired.
