Who we are
Skytanking Aviation Services Inverness Ltd offers ground handling services to both Scheduled & Charter flights operating to and from Inverness Airport, including customer, baggage and aircraft handling.
Your tasks
- Processing customers at the check-in desk: tagging baggage, checking travel documents (passports & visas), seat allocation, issuing boarding passes, collecting airline fees. Fully familiar with airline policies and procedures.
- Flight boarding: checking boarding passes, ensuring hand baggage complies with airline regulations.
- Flight arrivals: processing customers from aircraft to terminal, handling customer queries including misplaced bags.
- Office duties: telephone inquiries, flight administration, updating flight information screens.
Your profile
We seek dedicated, service-oriented individuals enthusiastic about customer-facing roles. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.

Shift Pattern

- Submit a clear criminal record check (Basic Disclosure Scotland).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle.
