Skytanking Aviation Services Inverness Ltd offers ground handling services to both Scheduled & Charter flights operating to and from Inverness Airport, including customer, baggage, and aircraft handling.
Your tasks as a Customer Service Agent include:
- Processing customers at the check-in desk: tagging baggage, checking travel documentation (passports & visas), seat allocation, issuing boarding passes, collecting airline fees. Be fully familiar with the policies and procedures of our contracted airlines.
- Flight boarding: checking boarding passes, ensuring hand baggage complies with airline regulations.
- Flight arrivals: assisting customers from aircraft to terminal, handling queries including misplaced bags.
- Office duties: answering phone enquiries, flight administration, handling misplaced baggage, updating Flight Information Display Screens.
We seek dedicated, service-oriented individuals enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
