As a Digital Marketing Manager for SkyShowtime you will deliver high-performing, multi-channel campaigns throughout the acquisition funnel and customer journey for Skyshowtime’s CEE markets. Apply a strong performance lens to drive scalable growth through data‑driven optimisation and close collaboration with internal teams and our media agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic measurement, reporting and optimisation: translate data from multiple sources into clear actionable data‑driven insights, working closely with agencies and partners to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and a clear optimisation loop focused on lowering CPA.
  • Collaborative Influence: work in partnership with marketing, e‑commerce and agency teams to align channel strategy, creative output and optimisation priorities.
  • Execute a structured end‑to‑end test‑and‑learn programme (targeting, placements, creative and offers), scaling winners while staying focused on core KPIs (CPA/CPS) balancing the need for innovation vs. focusing on achieving core KPIs.
  • Plan, execute & optimise all digital acquisition marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, display & programmatic with external agency partners and the in‑house paid search team.
  • Own budget tracking and pacing, clearly communicating the impact of investment through CPA/CPS and other efficiency metrics.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re fluent in English and must bring native‑level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian.
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Performance Pedigree: Proven track record in hands‑on digital campaign execution at an agency or in‑house.
  • Digital marketing obsessed: Passionate searcher of industry insights, always informed on latest developments in digital paid marketing and ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
  • Data Fluency: Proven experience in consistently tracking, optimising and reporting the results of campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
  • Effective relationship builder: Able to collaborate with a range of individuals at all levels in the organisation.
  • A highly collaborative style: Able to thrive in a team environment as well as work highly effectively independently.
  • Able to influence others even in the absence of direct authority.
  • Full funnel digital mindset: Driving efficiency while applying full funnel strategy accounting for all digital touch points with consumers.
  • Advanced experience with analytical suites (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and a commitment to data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Drive, pragmatism and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders.

Where You’ll Work

To maximise the benefits of team collaboration we operate a hybrid working model, with the team office based 2-3 days per week. We ask team members to be in the office but offering flexibility is a core value of our team and business. Your primary base will be in Osterley, on the Sky campus, a 10‑minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Free shuttle buses are available, running to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. On‑site parking, bike shelters and showers/changing facilities are also available. You can benefit from all the on‑site facilities at the Sky campus including: subsidised restaurants, Waitrose, gym, cinema, car wash, hair & beauty salon.
