- Getting to know Skyscanner: You'll take part in structured onboarding covering our tools, teams, ways of working and all the "what does that acronym mean?" essentials.
- Building professional confidence: You'll grow your communication, teamwork and workplace skills through tailored development and support.
- Learning safely and steadily: You'll have regular check-ins, mentoring and guidance from managers, teams and our Emerging Talent crew.
- Helping shape the future: As part of our first pilot cohort, your experience will help us build an even better apprenticeship pathway for future talent.
About you:
- Curious about technology: You're excited by software engineering and keen to understand how great digital products are built.
- Some academic foundations help: You must have National 5 qualifications in Maths and English, plus at least one Higher qualification.

- Collaborative by nature: You like learning with others, sharing ideas and being part of a team.
- Open to feedback: You're comfortable trying, learning, improving and occasionally discovering that the computer was right all along.
- Excited to start your career: Due to apprenticeship funding requirements, applicants must be aged 16 or over at the start of the programme.
