  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to advise on compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention cases.
  • Deliver clear, high-quality reward analytics and insights to senior stakeholders, with a focus on compensation, market data, and emerging trends.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using industry-standard sources and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Maintain and refine salary ranges, pay structures, and compensation guidelines.
  • Analyze internal pay data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to equity and competitiveness.
  • Provide clear, data-backed insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of compensation policies and processes.
  • Support governance and ensure compensation practices are consistent and compliant.

About you:

  • Experience in compensation, ideally within the technology or software industry.
  • Strong familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and datasets (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW or similar).
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading an end-to-end annual compensation cycle.
