About the Role

Hybrid – a three‑year adventure where software engineering meets the classroom.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learning and teaching side‑by‑side: complete a PGDE in Computer Science, gaining the skills and qualification to teach in Scottish secondary schools.
  • Engineering real products: contribute to production systems that help millions of travellers plan better trips.
  • Inspiring future technologists: bring Computer Science to life in the classroom, helping students understand not just how technology works, but why it matters.
  • Applying theory to practice: connect what you teach with what you build, showing students how software engineering shows up in the real world.
  • Growing with support: be backed by mentors across both education and industry, supporting you as you develop your technical and teaching skills.
