About the role (Hybrid)
Your mission: As a Senior People Advisor, you’ll help shape a work environment where people feel supported, valued and set up to do their best work. Partnering closely with People Partners, you’ll blend operational excellence with proactive coaching - empowering managers to lead with confidence, tackle challenges early and build engaged, high-performing teams. With a healthy mix of empathy, data and sound judgement, you’ll provide hands-on support and thoughtful guidance that helps our people and our business thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Empowering managers: Coaching leaders through people-related questions, helping them land effective, timely solutions while levelling up their people-management skills.
- Leading ER cases end-to-end: Running investigations and casework with clarity, care and fairness - robust processes, balanced outcomes.
- Powering performance & reward cycles: Supporting performance reviews, ratings calibration and reward processes, while coaching managers to take a continuous, year-round approach to performance and development.
- Policy: Helping managers navigate people policies with confidence, offering clear advice so decisions are fair, consistent and well-informed.
- Championing employee engagement: Supporting engagement survey cycles, helping leaders interpret results and turn insight into meaningful action.
- Turning data into decisions: Using Workday and Tableau reports to spot trends, risks and opportunities, guiding leaders to focus energy where it matters most.
- Driving continuous improvement: Spotting ways to simplify people processes and improve how we work - always with people front of mind.
