We are searching for a Commercial Executive to join our Advertising & Partner Analytics Team in EMEA. We’re looking for a Commercial Executive who is passionate about building our advertising partners’ trust daily, generating new advertising business, and growing long-lasting, sustainable advertising partnerships. Our commercial team are creative, analytical, effective communicators who always come prepared and possess enthusiasm. As a Skyscanner Commercial Executive, you will work collaboratively with your team, take ownership of your work, build strong relationships with our partners, and contribute to defining and refining our advertising sales, products, strategies, and commercial propositions. You will develop negotiation and commercial skills throughout your journey.
Core Responsibilities:
- Hitting & exceeding advertising revenue targets.
- Building a sustainable commercial pipeline.
- Producing reports and recommendations concerning advertising and strategies.
- Coordinating with other functional and support areas, including Advertising Delivery, Product Development, and Finance.
- Representing the business at external events.
- Keeping up to date with the current market and competitors.
Required Skills/Experience:
About you:
- 2+ years (or equivalent) sales background in new business sales.
- Experience in a digital/tech/travel tech environment selling advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence priorities, partner value, and decision-making both internally and externally.
- Commitment to developing your technical and personal skills.
