  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to advise on compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention cases.
  • Deliver clear, high‑quality reward analytics and insights to senior stakeholders, with a focus on compensation, market data, and emerging trends.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using industry‑standard sources and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Maintain and refine salary ranges, pay structures, and compensation guidelines.
  • Analyze internal pay data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to equity and competitiveness.
  • Provide clear, data‑backed insights to stakeholders to support decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of compensation policies and processes.
  • Support governance and ensure compensation practices are consistent and compliant.

About You

  • Experience in compensation, ideally within the technology or software industry.
  • Strong familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and datasets (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW or similar).
  • Hands‑on experience supporting or leading an end‑to‑end annual compensation cycle.
  • Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders on compensation‑related topics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across all areas of the business.
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts in a clear and practical way.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
