About The Role
The Digital Media Activation Executive role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure successful delivery of high‑quality programmatic advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Setting up and managing digital campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSP’s) and advertising networks.
- Ensure maximum campaign performance by identifying new opportunities, eliminating weaknesses, and ensuring key results are achieved for client accounts.
- Accurately track delivery and margin, working with Finance to complete month end reconciliation.
- Have knowledge on creative specs, asset requirements and tracking to support creative application.
- Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports, and reporting tools, and point out areas of importance in accordance with client objectives.
- Produce detailed analysis and reports of campaigns performance, including written commentary.
- Make and manage internal relationships with Account Management and Sales to ensure campaigns meet the client’s needs.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience within a programmatic trading role working on platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Vistar, Perion etc.
- Degree level education in a STEM subject.
- A proficient user of Excel (or other spreadsheet software) in particular, you know your way around a pivot table and basic formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP etc.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data.
- Confident in managing a diverse workload and deadlines.
- Self‑motivated with a desire to learn.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- A good basic understanding of digital marketing, along with a strong interest in developing your career in this space.
- A solid understanding of core media metrics and their intertwining relationships.
