What We Are Looking For Proven ability to lead a software development team Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Ability to engage with MOD customer and commercial content providers Ability to translate architecture into working systems.
Ability to unblock teams across modelling, integration, and platform issues.
A solid understanding of modelling and simulation principles.
A strong grounding in distributed systems design.
Key Technical Proficiencies C++ and Go (Golang).
Cloud Native Computing
