About Us: Founded in 2018, Skyports is at the forefront of the Advanced Air Mobility revolution, developing and operating cutting-edge infrastructure for electric air taxis and using drone technology to transform business operations across industries. Our business is split into two key areas:

  • Skyports Drone Services: uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.
  • Skyports Infrastructure: plays a vital role in the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem, designing, building, owning, and operating vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities around the world.

Our Office Administrator is essential to helping us achieve great things as you will be facilitating the smooth running of our office administrations and will work across the following core areas:

  • Office Administration: Keeping the office clean, tidy and well stocked; Monitoring supply of supplies and placing new orders; Preparing rooms for important meetings; Managing incoming post and deliveries; Supporting employees and visiting clients with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, car hire etc; Scheduling meetings on behalf of leadership team; Manage and lead on office facilities changes and maintenance.
  • HR Administration: Updating key documents including new starters, employee handbook, policies, culture deck; Supporting with all aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding process; Organising employee engagement initiatives such as team lunches and quarterly events; Social coordinator for official Skyports employee events e.g. Summer and end of year holidays; Acting as a point of contact for all employee administrative requests.
  • Finance Administration: Supporting on expenses and ad-hoc finance.

Requirements: 1+ year experience in a similar role; Willing and able to commute to the London office Mon-Fri; Able to work well with others as well as alone; Trustworthy with sensitive/confidential information; Excellent verbal communication skills; Excellent people skills and EQ.
