• Skyports Drone Services uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.
• Skyports Infrastructure plays a vital role in the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem, designing, building, owning, and operating vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities around the world.

The Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Country Manager – KSA to lead our expansion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Country Manager will lead market entry strategy, develop partnerships with private and public stakeholders, manage existing projects and build a pipeline of new vertiport opportunities. Based in KSA (preferably Riyadh), the role will involve travel within KSA as well as international travel, especially to regional headquarters in Dubai and global headquarters in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on our infrastructure and vertiport rollout strategy in KSA.
• Establish strong partnerships with private sector partners and key government entities.
• Identify and secure sites using existing landlord contacts and establishing new ones.
• Build a pipeline of revenue generating projects, building on existing reference projects in KSA.
• Contribute to and manage vertiport development projects.
• Work with aviation and regulatory authorities, such as GACA, to secure permissions and consents.
• Liaise with eVTOL OEMs and operators to jointly launch AAM services across KSA.
• Manage and grow the Skyports team in KSA.
• Represent Skyports at meetings and events, including delivering presentations.
• Report to our General Manager (Middle East) based in Dubai and work closely with our international teams, based in London UK.

About You:

• A strong background in aviation, real estate and/or infrastructure business development and project management with a strong ability to take an overarching strategic view and not lose sight of the ultimate goal.
• Proven ability to plan, lead and manage complex projects and concurrent work‑streams across multiple business functions, many with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Excellent ability to identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue through new markets, partnerships, or clients. Requires a combination of strategic thinking, networking, and negotiation to achieve tangible results.
• A highly motivated, proactive, self‑starter and team‑player who likes a challenge and has the ingenuity and resilience to find the solutions to overcome them.
• Ability to problem solve on the fly; someone who can ask the questions that have not been asked and can find the answers too.
• Being comfortable navigating through ambiguity as this is a new industry and no one yet has all the answers.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language to execute on our infrastructure projects, and to build strong networks and relationships.
