The Role: We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Analyst to join the technical team at Skyports. Working with the IT Operations Manager, you will provide local IT support for users in London and remote assistance to Skyports offices across the UK and internationally. This role would suit an energetic individual with a passion for technology. You will gain experience across the Microsoft 365 and Azure AD stack, provide first-class support using established ITIL helpdesk practices, and support users across all business units and technical operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects with the IT Operations Manager
- Assist users with desktop support and Microsoft cloud-based services.
- Identify areas for improvement, including recurring faults, and report these issues to the IT Operations Manager.
- Manage user accounts, devices, and shared resources for all staff.
- Ensure the IT helpdesk and all IT support requests are actioned in accordance with helpdesk procedures and priorities.
- Work closely with other members of the technical team and wider business to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Provide training to local staff on IT operations and policies.
- Provide a flexible, adaptable, and diplomatic service for all staff, in person and remotely, to help resolve IT issues and ensure IT works effectively for them.
